I had a total of 1,300 cc of pure fat removed from the entire upper arms, accessory breasts, and back bulges combined. They said that was a large amount for the upper arms Before surgery, buying clothes was subtly stressful because the fit looked so different from what I saw due to my upper arms, but after one month the feeling is definitely different. For the first three or four days, they felt sore and movement was slightly uncomfortable, but I recovered much faster than expected, and now I sometimes wonder, “Did I even have it done...?” I have also fully adapted to the compression garment, so I am going to have it altered and get rid of every bit of remaining swelling. Most of all, I am definitely less self-conscious when taking photos. I used to be a Photoshop expert for my arms, but now I can edit less, which is very convenient haha. They say the final result needs more time since it has only been one month, so I am curious how much more it will change. Before surgery, I was unnecessarily scared and spent a long time deliberating, but now I think I should have done it sooner. For now, I am satisfied at the one-month mark!!
