At first I considered liposuction on my abdomen and waist along with hip fat grafting, and visited five clinics for consultations. After deliberating for three days, I finally chose one and immediately booked surgery haha. I checked things like whether an anesthesiologist would be on site, aftercare, CCTV, and the volume, but my body shape wasn't seriously straight up-and-down; it was more like a triangle shape without curves...? Anyway, the line was quite ambiguous, so I couldn't figure out what to refine or how Since I thought everyone's technique would be good, I considered the operating surgeon's aesthetic sense most important. At other places, the consultation ended mainly with a coordinator, or the surgeon only checked the fat amount by ultrasound without really explaining the design, which was disappointing. Here, the surgeon personally examined carefully how to create the lines and explained everything, so I liked the clinic. In the end, we removed fat from the muffin top down to the inner-knee Chanel line, carved out the love handles, and grafted it into the hips! Until the second day after surgery, getting up after lying down felt less painful than achy and stiff. From day 4, the bruises started darkening little by little, so I’m applying bruise cream consistently and taking care of them. I heard sitting for a long time isn’t good, so getting up and walking from time to time seems helpful! When showering, I put medical waterproof tape over the bandages on the surgical areas so water doesn’t get in, then disinfect and apply ointment carefully after showering. Today is exactly one week, and since there’s a limit to how much my waist can be carved in, I’m extremely satisfied that the curves came out as well as possible for my body type, even if they’re not quite Kim Kardashian-level! I hope the swelling goes down well and the lines stay as they are
