The shape of my nose has been something I’ve deliberated over since I was 20... My nose isn’t low, but I have a dorsal hump, and I dislike how the boundaries on both sides of the middle of my bridge disappear when viewed from the front, so I’m thinking about bulbous-nose surgery. Looking at the photos, please recommend or advise against procedures such as lateral osteotomy, hump osteotomy, tip elevation, or alar reduction. Another thing I’m deliberating is that my features are very strong, so I absolutely don’t want a straight nose. I want either a straight nose or, even if I keep the hump, a nose that slopes down in a longer line. But I heard a bulbous-nose correction won’t work unless it is made glamorous, so I’m deliberating over that too... I’d appreciate it if you could also tell me about clinics that do natural-looking bulbous-nose correction well! My ideal is Lee Dong-wook’s nose... but realistically, that’s impossible, right...
