My husband is a foreigner and cannot speak Korean, but he wanted an Aqua Peel, so he went by himself. I could not go because of work, and although it was a walk-in, they only told him to wait without saying anything else. He waited for an hour without being told how long it would take before receiving the treatment. The treatment itself was effective because, of course, they used the same machine, but I was upset that they made him wait without any prior explanation. The Gangnam branch has many employees who can assist foreigners. Would it really have been so difficult to say one word that the wait would be long? According to my husband, there are two or three dermatology clinics in every building in Gangnam. He says that if he had known he would have to wait this long, he would have gone somewhere else. Honestly, Aqua Peel is not particularly difficult, so I am disappointed.
