Eye Surgery Considerations

Review of [Clinic A]

I was looking into revision rhinoplasty, and after seeing the reviews here, it seemed that revision surgery could also be performed through a closed approach, with very beautiful results, so I went for a consultation. After my first surgery, the tip of my nose drooped over time, which bothered me the most and led me to look into revision surgery. Since it was a revision, I also spent quite a lot of time wondering whether a closed approach would really be appropriate. During the consultation, they first checked the condition of my nose based on a CT scan, then explained in detail why a closed approach was possible and which areas could be improved in my current condition. That made everything more convincing than I expected. They also showed me roughly how it might look after surgery through a virtual simulation. It probably would not be exactly the same as the actual result, but it was useful for checking whether it matched the direction I had in mind. They did not give the impression that everything was possible; they honestly separated what could be done from what would be difficult, which I also appreciated. Since this would be a revision, I am still a little afraid to decide immediately, but many of the questions I had about how closed revision rhinoplasty is performed were answered, and overall I was more satisfied with the consultation than expected.
