Eye Surgery Reviews

Revision eye surgery (natural adhesion + non-incisional ptosis correction) eliminated my sleepy-looking eyes and made them really neat

I’m writing this to document the swelling after surgery~ About 12 years ago? For my first surgery, I had partial-incision double-eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and medial canthoplasty, but the line looked odd and the swelling went down unevenly, so I was completely disappointed.. I lived with it for about a year, then decided it wouldn’t do and had revision surgery on both eyes at the same clinic, using a non-incisional method. But even after revision surgery... the lines were uneven, my eyes lacked strength, and they still looked sleepy.. Since my pupils were half covered, people always told me I looked tired, and when taking selfies, I developed the habit of opening my eyes with my forehead because I had to force my eyes open.. I’d already had eye surgery twice, but it hadn’t solved anything and I wasn’t happy with the results, so I really never wanted to return to the first clinic.. I felt there was no answer this way, so I decided to find another place and started researching extensively. I searched through this community, cafés, and app reviews, made a list, and went on countless in-person consultations. Among the places I visited, I narrowed them down to the one that seemed to suit me best, finally chose a clinic, and ended up having a second revision surgery.. The clinic was [Clinic A], with Dr. A. The reason I chose it was that I felt most comfortable during the consultation. The doctor listened most carefully to my story, and we communicated really well about my questions~ Rather than simply explaining the doctor’s own opinion, the empathy really resonated with me. After looking at my eyes, the doctor said that the issue was less excess skin and more that the muscles that open my eyes were weak, causing my pupils to be covered. The doctor said not to worry because the lines could be redone, and that there was no need for an incision that would leave scars; by firmly tightening the eye-opening muscles with non-incisional ptosis correction and setting the line with natural adhesion, my eyes would look much more open, so I went ahead with it~ I intentionally uploaded photos from one week onward, week by week. Now the swelling is almost gone and my eye shape is coming through!!!! Ah~~~ Doesn’t the result look really different from before????? In the before photos, my eyelids covered my eyes, so they looked stuffy and heavily obscured, right? Now even when I open them comfortably without straining, my pupils are fully visible and my eyes look bright and lively even to me!! I also like that recovery was fast and there are no scars to worry about because it was non-incisional, and I’m so happy T_T I’m feeling that all the effort I put into researching and visiting clinics was worthwhile~~~~ I can graduate from eye surgery now, right? T_T T_T T_T T_T
