I originally had a double eyelid on only one side, so I had surgery only on the eye without a double eyelid, and I am very satisfied. Both eyes are exactly the same. I was so bothered by the uneven eyes whenever I did makeup that I wish I had done it sooner. Now it is so convenient not to use double-eyelid tape or glue. I thought the director’s aesthetic favored natural lines rather than glamorous outfolds, which would suit my face well. The procedure was almost painless, less painful than I expected, but I had about a week of downtime, probably because I swell easily.
