I had been stressed about my naturally low nose, so I underwent male rhinoplasty. I was worried about implant complications and wanted implant-free surgery. After consulting, I decided to use donated rib cartilage to secure tip support and define the shape. There was swelling at first, but over time the line settled into a clean, straight drop. With the columellar support firmly built using donated rib cartilage, the tip has not drooped and the shape remains very satisfactory. I hope this helps anyone considering rhinoplasty. The clinic manager was kind, and the doctor has a good aesthetic sense.
