Nose Surgery Reviews

I successfully had my first dual canthoplasty and autologous rib rhinoplasty at Lowell 🤍

My eyes were not particularly long horizontally, so I wanted long, large-looking eyes. I therefore had dual canthoplasty, combining lateral and lower canthoplasty. We made my eyes as long as possible horizontally and lowered the outer corners with lower canthoplasty. I think it gives me a softer image and makes my impression look better, so I am very satisfied! There was naturally swelling, but now that it has been one month, I am completely satisfied with no complications! I was planning to have nose surgery too, so choosing the doctor was very important. I have never even had a filler procedure on my nose; this is my completely untouched nose! I consulted many places for my first rhinoplasty, thinking I would never need revision, and eventually chose Dr. Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell. My biggest goal was to find a hospital where I would be satisfied with both my eyes and nose! I wanted to keep my short nose while making my wide, bulbous nostrils look slimmer, and I wanted a pretty nose that would not change my overall image too much. Dr. Kim Jae-yoon kindly answered all my questions and explained the surgical plan in a way that suited my needs, so I felt this was the place. I had surgery using autologous rib cartilage, and I am very satisfied because it turned out more naturally than I expected! I did not have my nostrils reduced separately, but I like it even more because the nose shape was formed beautifully. I am looking forward to it becoming prettier as the swelling goes down 🤍
