I only wanted to improve my bulbous nose naturally at the tip, so it would not look like I had surgery, and I had it done early this year. I am extremely satisfied. I saw some reviews saying the bulbous nose was not improved, but I think that is unavoidable because there are limits to using only ear cartilage. I think rib cartilage and silicone are essential for a more obviously refined look. I dislike that look and wanted an ultra-natural result, so I only researched this place, prepared the surgery fee, and went ahead. They did not put cotton in my nose, so breathing was not too bad. I have extremely oily skin, though, so wearing tape for a week became very stuffy because of the oil. Anyway, I am very satisfied, lol.
