I originally went to the consultation planning to have only double-eyelid surgery and medial epicanthoplasty. But after examining my eyes, the doctor recommended adding an upper canthoplasty because the crease would look much more natural and defined. Honestly, at first I wondered whether medial epicanthoplasty alone would be enough, but I liked the doctor's aesthetic sense and could tell that they examined my eyes very carefully during the consultation, so I decided to trust them and had both medial and upper canthoplasty. I absolutely love the result, far beyond my expectations. I really felt that the doctor understood eyes well because the crease was shaped clearly and beautifully without any feeling of heaviness or blockage. There is such a big difference that I keep thinking, what would I have done if I had not added the upper canthoplasty? It made me realize that the recommendation was not arbitrary. I am very satisfied because the surgery was done to suit my eyes perfectly.
