Nose Surgery Reviews

I had revision rhinoplasty less than a year after my first surgery

Less than a year after my first nose surgery, my tip dropped and I developed a pinched nose and an upturned tip. I went in for aftercare, but the original surgeon had left, lol. They said another surgeon would do it, but since we had not designed it together from the beginning, I refused and had revision surgery elsewhere. Before surgery, I had a crooked, drooping, pinched nose—a disastrous combination that made me lose my mind. After surgery, the pinching improved considerably. Lowering the nostril rims and columella greatly reduced nostril show. I had the surgery at the place that appears most often when searching for an autologous rib cartilage guarantee program. I used silicone, 3.5–4 mm, plus autologous costal cartilage for the tip. There were no unnecessary additions. The line is slightly glamorous rather than purely natural because that suited my face. The plan ultimately addressed the crooked nose, pinching, upturned tip, and lowering the columella and nostril rims. Swelling was worse than after the first surgery until about a month and a half, but it slowly settled from month two and the shape became defined. I am posting this for reference because this clinic seems to use a lot of autologous rib cartilage. If anything was missing, leave a comment and I will add it!
