What made me feel that this was truly a large clinic was seeing the consultation director or coordinator speaking in Japanese and Chinese with people waiting in the waiting room. I was used to waiting because waiting is standard at any plastic-surgery clinic, so I did not mind, but I liked how someone who seemed to be a coordinator politely apologized and asked me to wait just a little longer lol. The consultation director was kind, and the doctor also examined me carefully. I have visited several large clinics, but this is the first one that has been this kind lol. They even looked after me when I was leaving after the consultation, so everything was good.
