I actually wanted a no-implant procedure because I was worried about complications from silicone. But other places said a no-implant procedure was not possible, which was disappointing. Here, however, the director explained why a no-implant procedure was possible and described in great detail how the surgery would be performed. The focus on naturalness also suited me very well, lol. He clearly explained what could and could not be done, was kind, and the consultation was very good.
