It’s been over a year since I removed the silicone

Because of nasal pain and inflammation, I didn’t use silicone at all. The nasal tip had originally been done with ear cartilage, but for the revision surgery I had it redone with septal cartilage. Compared with ear cartilage, the pros and cons are: pro = it doesn’t droop, con = it’s hard lol. The firmness is still the same even after a year. It’s not like my nose feels pulled or pressured, but it does feel a bit strange when I touch it. But since the shape retention is good, I have no complaints or regrets. It’s probably better than rib cartilage.. lol The bridge after removing the silicone is definitely higher than my natural nose, and I think it would have looked awkward if I hadn’t done the nasal tip, so I think it was a good choice to slightly raise the tip and connect it naturally. It feels like surgery done with a very natural line. I don’t know whether the capsule was removed or not. I never even thought to ask..
