Three-month review of bulbous-nose surgery

This is my three-month review after nose surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. Before surgery, my nasal tip looked blunt and spread out from the front, giving me a bulbous nose, and my biggest concern was that my nostrils were clearly visible when facing forward. There was also a slight dorsal hump, so the side profile was not smooth and I was always disappointed whenever I looked in the mirror. During consultations, I said I did not want a custom implant such as silicone that would create an artificial look unsuitable for my face. Since my nasal dorsum was not extremely low to begin with, after discussing it with the director, I decided on a non-implant procedure without separately augmenting the bridge. The hump was shaved down, and the tip was treated using septal and ear cartilage to correct the bulbous nose and nostril show. Immediately after surgery, I was surprised that there was almost no pain. In fact, removing the stitches later seemed to hurt the most. Please also take good aftercare of the back of the ear where the ear cartilage was harvested and the columellar incision line, such as scar laser treatment! The nostrils that had looked excessively visible from the front improved very clearly as the tip was naturally lowered. Once the width of the blunt, spread-out bulbous nose was reduced, my face looked more dimensional, and I have often been told that my impression looks much more refined than before! Even without silicone, the hump was smoothly shaved down and the tip became more defined, so the side profile also rose naturally and beautifully.
