I had fillers several times, but they spread, so I eventually dissolved them. After deliberating for three years, I finally ended up having surgery... lol. I said, “There will definitely never be a revision!” and had my first rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. (Actually, my nose was very short and upturned, so I think it was a good decision.) It has now been seven months, and whether this is simply normal or fortunately so, I am doing well without the nasal obstruction or other functional problems I worried about. Of course, I also have no foreign-body sensation. My nostrils used to be very exposed, but now they are at a moderate level. Compared with before surgery, I think they have improved by more than 90%.
