First of all, I am someone who has repeatedly been told that my nasal septum is deviated and insufficient in amount, so septal cartilage cannot be used. But Doctor A made a plan using septum plus ear cartilage, which immediately cooled my enthusiasm. The aesthetic sense and other aspects seemed fine, but when I asked first, “Can septal cartilage really be used?” and the doctor looked at the CT and said, “Hmm… it’s average,” my trust fell. The reason is that they had not even measured the exact amount. The coordinator was kind and the facilities were good, so I would recommend it to people in this community who can use septal cartilage.
