It has been four days since surgery T_TTT. The difference is not very noticeable yet because of the swelling, but when I looked in the mirror, it seemed like the bulge at the back had disappeared?? I bruise quite badly, so I thought I had definitely made the right choice when the weather started to cool down. I finally removed the upper-arm fat I had been deliberating over, and I feel ecstatic lol. I hope the swelling and bruising go down quickly. Does anyone have any tips for reducing swelling?
