Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

I’m completely satisfied with my laminate veneers at Bareunyoung Dental because of a peg lateral incisor!!!

The tooth next to my front tooth was a peg lateral incisor, and it had quietly stressed me out for years Because my teeth looked uneven in size, I felt self-conscious when smiling and was reluctant to smile broadly in photos. At first I considered orthodontics, but braces wouldn’t change the size or shape of the peg tooth itself, so it didn’t seem like what I wanted. I looked into laminate veneers because they could also correct the shape.

I didn’t want an obviously veneered, extremely white and perfectly straight look like Queen Gabi’s. I just wanted them to look natural, like my original teeth. Girls know what I mean: I didn’t want them to be too unnoticeable or too obvious. After reading reviews, I went for a consultation at Bareunyoung Dental, and I liked that the dentist didn’t push me to do a lot. Before I even brought it up, the dentist identified the peg tooth and explained in detail how to match its size and proportions with the surrounding teeth so it wouldn’t look awkward.

I kept saying I didn’t want them too white or too obviously done, and they helped choose a shade that blended with my existing teeth as much as possible. They also explained in advance how far the result could go. They showed actual before-and-after cases and explained everything clearly. There were many cases, and the explanation really sank in. If I disliked the result after getting all the veneers, I’d have had no answer, lol, so I took plenty of time consulting with the dentist and proceeded in a direction that matched what I wanted.

Afterward, the peg tooth that had bothered me most no longer looked like it was sticking out on its own, and it blended naturally with the teeth beside it. I’m extremely satisfied. I especially liked that the veneers don’t look as obvious as I expected, probably because the shade wasn’t made deliberately too bright. Before, the area around the peg tooth looked empty when I smiled, making me look a little blank, but now I feel much less self-conscious in photos, lol. I only changed the size and shape of a few teeth, but my expression when smiling changed much more than expected, and I no longer timidly cover my mouth when I smile, lol.

I deliberated a lot between orthodontics and laminate veneers, but if, like me, the concern is the shape of the teeth themselves rather than alignment, it seems worthwhile to consult about laminate veneers. Most of all, I’m satisfied that they aren’t overly white or artificial, haha. I’ll show you more before-and-after photos later.
