I want to remove the septal extension because of a foreign-body sensation, but I feel like the tip of my nose would droop a lot if everything were removed. I want to remove the entire extension and replace it with a septal-support method. Would I still have a foreign-body sensation, and could my nose become crooked later even if I do this? Is complete removal actually the right choice? I am so conflicted
