I used to be an A-cup, but after getting 300cc/325cc Mentor Smooth implants, I'm currently a D-cup. They feel natural, and the cleavage forms a nice I-shape >.< Only the first 7 days after surgery were really hard, and after that it didn't hurt. These days there are also many pain-free hospitals, so look into it carefully before getting breast surgery. Definitely recommend it. A woman's confidence.
