Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Motiva Day 3 review I recorded for myself to read later

Before/after/after <Surgery day> - I was told to arrive by 3 p.m. and that the surgery was scheduled for around 4:30 p.m., but maybe because the earlier schedule was delayed, the actual surgery started after 5 p.m., so my parents who were waiting got a bit tired - Other than that, there was nothing disappointing - The hospital room where I stayed for one night was very comfortable, and the nurse who cared for me at night was also kind - It was so cold in the operating room, but the anesthesiologist held my hand and said, “The medication is going in now,” then I felt a cold, stiff ache in my left arm and fell asleep - When I woke up, the most painful area was my back, maybe because I had been in one position for a long time; next was pressure in my chest, and then a sore throat from the anesthetic gas - It was painful because I was told I could drink water 2 hours after waking from anesthesia, and I was sad that even though I hadn’t eaten all day, I could only eat 4 hours later - After 2 hours, I gulped down water, and after midnight I also ate porridge - I went to the bathroom 4 times overnight; the nurse helped me only the first time, and the next 3 times I was still able to make the effort and go by myself

<Day 2> - I woke up at 6 a.m., watched TV for about 2 hours, ate the porridge they brought me around 8, rested a bit, then went to the basement consultation room at 10 - I saw my bare breasts for the first time after surgery, and because something that wasn’t there had suddenly appeared, I felt extremely unfamiliar to myself - The nurses in the consultation room were also kind, and the director gently checked the shape - They said the shape came out so pretty, and it was funny because it looked pretty even to me - When going home, I took a taxi with my mom; I could manage things like opening the door and getting in if I tried, but when we went over speed bumps or the car swayed sideways, it hurt and made me frown - After I got home, I was okay until early afternoon, but after that my chest suddenly became hot, swollen, and felt heavy, and it became extremely painful - I couldn’t get up from lying down by myself; I needed my mom’s help - When I got antibiotics and painkillers at the pharmacy, they said people usually don’t take the extra painkillers if possible, but seriously, even after taking 2 pills that day, it still hurt - Still, by late night it got a bit better, and maybe because I couldn’t sleep properly while hospitalized since it was uncomfortable, I somehow fell asleep

<Day 3> - It was much better than Day 2 - Still, if I struggle and use strength by myself, I can somehow get up, and if I try hard, I can even tie my hair by myself - But just like Day 2, the pressure in my chest is intense, it’s hard like stones, my nipples are irritated, and the heat is exploding - It feels a bit like having an electric heating pad turned on over my chest - I think sleep is the best recovery, so I deliberately napped for over 2 hours - The surgical bra, upper band, and black compression protector? They’re uncomfortable, but I was scared, so I didn’t take them off until right before taking my Day 3 photos - Late in the evening, I took everything off for the first time to take photos, and compared with when I checked them in the consultation room on Day 1, they were much more swollen and extremely hard - Everything people say in reviews applies: that the breasts look like rockets, like bouncy balls, that the upper breasts are bulging - Also, once I took off all 3 of the stuffy items (surgical bra, upper band, protector), it felt like my breasts might sink down, so I actually felt more anxious and uncomfortable; I took the photos and quickly put them back on

<Overall review> As of Day 3, I still wonder whether these breasts are really supposed to move, but time is the medicine, and objectively, I think it’s amazing that I can be this active after just 3 days. If I had even had drains attached and my recovery had been slower, I think it would have been hard to live. I really like the shape itself, and since I didn’t want to be greedy, I decided on 285 cc and had the surgery; I remember the director saying that once they settle, the size would look so natural that it wouldn’t even be obvious I had surgery. They said I can start taking walks from Day 4 tomorrow, so I’ll hold my chest and try walking gently. At this rate, I think there won’t be much difficulty living normally by the one-week mark. My mom, who saw my bare breasts for the first time, said they looked gross and that if it were her, she would just live with a small chest, and she got chills, but no matter how painful or chilling it is, I don’t want to do that. I just hope each day passes smoothly, that I do aftercare properly, and that I recover quickly.
