Revision surgery for a contracted nose: photo review (donor rib cartilage)

I liked how clearly and simply everything was explained. I used donor rib cartilage because harvesting my own rib cartilage felt too burdensome. The photos were taken while some swelling remained. The biggest improvements are that the drooping nasal tip came up and my nostrils are no longer visible. The previously hard texture is now soft. Breathing is also easier than before. Anyone who has been rejected will know, but even finding a hospital willing to take the case is a task in itself. I hated smiling because of the contracture, but these days I feel like I can finally live a little better.
