After my first surgery, the bulbous appearance remained, and I suffered for a long time. I had implant-free surgery in 2024, but as time passed, the result grew farther from the line I wanted. The characteristic bluntness of my bulbous nose was not corrected, and the tip looked droopy, making the profile look clumsy whenever I saw it from the side or three-quarter view. Especially since I have been preparing for YouTube lately and frequently testing videos, my nose kept looking awkwardly prominent on camera. Because appearance matters in my work, I became even more determined to properly refine the central line of my face this time. I did thorough research before deciding this would truly be my last surgery, and carefully sought revision rhinoplasty. Since it was a revision, I became sensitive without realizing it and asked many questions, but Director Hwang at [Clinic A] listened to everything I said and calmly explained why the bulbous nose had not been corrected in the previous surgery. The direction for refining the tip and overall flow was presented plainly, without exaggeration, so I could decide on revision surgery with peace of mind. Before surgery, the tip looked somewhat blunt and the overall line was clearly unrefined. These photos were taken a little over one month after surgery. There is still some residual swelling, but compared with before surgery, the line has become noticeably cleaner. The blunt bulbous appearance and drooping tip that concerned me most have been corrected, and the profile is much clearer. Seeing the smoothly descending line makes me feel much more at ease lately, lol. Before deciding on revision surgery, I was anxious and my confidence had dropped considerably, but seeing the shape develop in the direction I had hoped for makes it feel as if all the stress has disappeared. Thanks to the natural, proportionate result without overdoing it, I think I can prepare for my upcoming filming with a much more relaxed mind. I am watching the progress patiently, expecting it to look even more natural once the remaining swelling subsides~

I’m not exaggerating—I had a very small, low nose, almost newborn-level, you know? My eyes and mouth were fairly fine, but because my nose was genuinely so small and low, my overall face looked flat and just made me look young. In the end,

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 21 Revision surgery for a contracted nose: photo review (donor rib cartilage)
I liked how clearly and simply everything was explained. I used donor rib cartilage because harvesting my own rib cartilage felt too burdensome. The photos were taken while some swelling remained. The biggest improvements are that the…

I had my first nose surgery at [Clinic A]. Well, I definitely became prettier than before. However, my nose was small, and as it became higher it also looked larger, so there was no improvement from the front. The side profile was pretty…
