8 years ago, I had a nasal bridge implant + ear cartilage for the nasal tip (400), and after 4 years, the implant started showing through.
4 years ago, I had the implant removed and raised the nasal tip with the cartilage that was inside (300). (I don’t know if the nasal tip was tied.)
At first it was okay, but gradually my philtrum got longer, and my nostrils became triangular.
