I think I had nose surgery about 15 years ago. My nose was originally on the short side, but lately I suddenly feel like my nostrils look upturned. After the surgery, I developed what I guess you would call scar tissue inside my nostril; it wasn't severe, but there was a slightly protruding bulge. In the past it didn't really feel tight, but these days, because my nostrils seem lifted and it looks visible right away, that is stressing me out too. I asked my husband, but he said he wasn't sureㅜㅜ Could this be contracture?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
