I had a septoplasty and nasal valve reconstruction done at an ENT clinic, but after the nasal valve reconstruction, the alar area and nostril area feel too unnatural and uncomfortable, and my alae have also become too large... I want to have it removed, but is there anyone who has had it removed? And would it be enough to go to one of the top 3 hospitals?
