My nose used to look like the tip had been chopped off. The columella was curled inward, my nose was crooked, and my nostrils were uneven too.. I had revision surgery at It’s B, and they used autologous costal cartilage to build up the columella and lowered the bridge between the eyes as well. At first, the tip felt so firm that I wondered if this was really my nose.. But now it feels soft even when I touch it, and it doesn’t budge even if I blow my nose hard. Now I can’t even remember which nostril was the problem. Maybe because the bridge was lowered, people sometimes say I look more gentle? The fact that the director checked my condition at every follow-up was reassuring too.. I feel completely relieved inside lol
