It has been 6 months since surgery at another place. They said to watch the mucosal condition for about 2 to 3 months. My nose has a hump, so the bridge is high, and the tip is a drooping case. 1. They were against injecting rib cartilage, saying it would make the bridge puffy. 2. They were against silicone because it would be too high. 3. They said just raising the tip and bridge with rib cartilage would be enough. 4. Because my nose has some length, making it too high would make it look even longer. 5. They said they would make it as slim as possible. 6. They said they would close the perforation for me. 7. 2 weeks of splint and silastic sheet 8. General anesthesia Many people here have gone through the end of a long revision journey, so this is my first choice.
