I made a consultation reservation after hearing that idols get this done a lot. I liked the reviews because they looked natural (natural-first approach). While going through consultations, they were the only place that said they would not use the septum, so I asked whether that meant there would be almost no change, and they said it is better not to touch the septum and that filling a little later if it drops is safer, which felt pretty new to me. Also, they kept adding, at the end of their sentences, something like "you know what I mean," which felt a little uncomfortable. For anyone who wants a natural result, I recommend them, but
