There was a CT scan. No photo shoot. I met with the coordinator first, then after waiting quite a while I met the director. As soon as we met, they asked why so many people these days were coming in saying they wanted to remove silicone. They asked why I wanted to take it out too (my own silicone was quite crooked, and I was wondering whether it looked okay in their eyes). I said I thought it might be better to remove it because the silicone was bent, it was showing through as my skin became thinner, and so on, and asked whether it would not look strange even if removed. While looking at the CT, they explained that my septum was quite crooked, and said there seemed to be a little calcification in progress, and that after removal it would be possible to make it similar to my natural nose, but since it was already a nose that had been operated on, 100% was impossible. They said if I wanted to fill in any hollows after removal, an open surgery would be easier. My columella is very crooked, but they did not really check that in detail. The director explained many things, but they spoke quickly, so I got a bit overwhelmed and do not remember everything well. When I asked something similar again because I was not sure, their tone was a bit like, 'I already told you earlier.' I went in after watching YouTube and expecting a lot, but surprisingly the overall consultation did not leave much of an impression.
