The overall atmosphere was calm. At first they kindly gave basic explanations, but as the consultation went on it started to feel somewhat formulaic. They did look at my eye condition, but instead of explaining a design tailored to my eyes, the explanation was mostly along the lines of how they usually do it for eyes like mine. Explanations about line height and differences between surgical methods were given only verbally without comparison photos, so it was hard to imagine. They do answer questions, but not in a very deep or detailed way.
