I had a short nose, so the nostrils showing from the front and the dorsal hump were the things that bothered me most. I wanted something glamorous but still natural, and I did not want an implant, so I used autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery. The bridge and tip lines definitely feel different, and the dorsal hump was cleaned up neatly. The line came out exactly as I wanted, straight but slightly refined, so these days I feel very satisfied every time I look in the mirror. I heard many people say this kind of nose surgery can be risky, so I was extremely worried it might go badly, but thankfully it succeeded on the first try, and I finally recovered from my nose obsession T_T
