It was my first consultation, but they did not tell me how much the surgery would cost (since it was not entered, I put roughly 100). First of all, the consultation itself was incredibly long, probably over an hour. The doctor's aesthetic preference was very firmly for a natural in-line. When I asked about lines that would work and lines that would not, he pointed out all the lines that could look unnatural and explained everything very thoroughly (like how, during surgery, they sew about 20 to 30 times? Or how much of the skin should be cut, and from where).
