The only clinic I visited in person that recommended Megaderm. As soon as I sat down they brought up the CT and explained my ideal nose line in detail. Since this was revision surgery, I needed to remove the L-shaped silicone, and the consultation was about using Megaderm and either donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage instead of putting silicone back in. There was a 2 million won difference between the two, and the quoted price above is based on donated rib cartilage. If you want the event discount, you have to film the splint video they post on that Instagram account. I think they said they would cover the eyes, but I didn't want that, so I said no. The director's image felt kind and enthusiastic..? But the aesthetic sense itself didn't really match mine, so I passed.
