I got nose surgery with silicone because I wanted a higher nose, but over time it bent and the shape got weird.. so I was torn between getting a revision and getting it removed, and I ended up getting it removed I was worried that if I removed it, the shape would look weird, but it is better than I expected, and actually looks much better than the nose I had after surgery.
