I know everything has its pros and cons, but I’m debating between autologous rib cartilage and donor rib cartilage. I’m worried about autologous rib cartilage because of things like general anesthesia… scarring, not being able to exercise, and so on, and I’m worried about donor rib cartilage because I heard the inflammation risk or absorption rate is high. For those who had donor rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, did it turn out well? Is it maintaining well too? I decided on revision rhinoplasty thinking this would be my last surgery, so I have so many concerns.. Please help me!!
