I had rhinoplasty before, but about 6 months after the surgery, I had the silicone removed due to contracture.. It’s been about a year since the removalㅠ Right now, my nose is too upturned and has become shorter, so I think I’ll need revision surgeryㅠㅠ For a nose that had contracture before.. if I have rhinoplasty again, will contracture happen again?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
