I got botched by a quack surgeon 10 years ago and lived with it, but my mental health completely spiraled, so I got consultations at several places and decided on DNAN My nose skin is on the thick side, and I have a bulbous nose with a high hump, so I went with DNAN, which is known for glamorous results, you know what I mean?? During the consultation, the director used Photoshop on the photos taken and asked whether this looked okay. I said it felt a little lifted, so please bring it farther forward in a straighter line, and they immediately accepted my feedback Ah, the surgery was done without an implant! They were very direct that because I had a hump and a high nasal bridge, they would do it that way. I didn’t want a slide-like nose, so I asked them to leave just a tiny bit of hump. The surgery took about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and they used autologous costal cartilage, so I think they used every possible rhinoplasty technique on my nose osteotomy, columella lengthening, autologous dermis, ear cartilage, and so on, I can’t even remember I was already quite thin, and the director’s technique was good, so there was almost no facial swelling. I didn’t even bruise at all, which was surprising About 10 days later? when the splint came off and I looked, I thought the front view was okay because of the swelling, and the side view was okay too, but now that most of the swelling has gone down and I look in the mirror, I wondered if I should have had 1.5 mm of silicone in my nasal bridge After all, it’s true that silicone makes the glabella area look more defined. It depends on the line of the glabella and bridge you already have, but for people whose glabella is already defined and whose bridge is high with a clear frontal nasal shadow, it’s not really necessary, but I was someone whose nasal tip and bridge both looked a bit spread out, so haha, I wish I had gotten silicone. But! It is definitely better than before. Of course, it would be nice if cosmetic surgery could be exactly the way you want it, but I think cosmetic surgery is when the surgeon’s aesthetic vision and the patient’s needs are matched perfectly, the surgery is completed in the operating room without mistakes, and post-op care is done well too. I mean... everyone knows that, right? The fact that DNAN is famous for noses is something anyone looking into rhinoplasty would nod along to, right? I agree with that point. You don’t want a failure, and if you feel “this is the person” during the doctor consultation, I think it would be fine to proceed right away. Recently, it seems like the director’s aesthetic has been shifting from glamorous to more natural, so I think they’ll be even better at pinpointing each person’s aesthetic preference The manager was fun too, and the staff were kind, and at this price, it’s basically the cost of three contour procedures, but it’s the nose, not somewhere else... For anyone deliberating about a hospital, DNAN might be a good option too I’ll attach photos.

I went to the hospital because they were having a cheekbone event, and the cheekbone surgery was a failure... They seemed so eager to fix my nose (they looked very confident), so I paid the expensive price and just went ahead without…

My nose bridge was originally low. At 15, my mom dragged me there to raise the bridge, and I didn’t know anything about it. My mom kept telling the doctor not to make it too high. Since the height wasn’t very high to begin with, nobody…

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJul 25 1 month after revision surgery for bulbous nose!
At the two-week mark, I removed the nasal support and as the swelling went down a lot, my nose shape became more natural than before! Most people think nose surgery changes the side view the most, but when I looked from the front too, the…
