Before <Before surgery> After <After surgery> After <After surgery> I raised the bridge by 6 mm with autologous costal cartilage, and because my ears were small and my nasal septum was also small, I had surgery using costal cartilage. (I think I also had septal reconstruction done at the same time!!) It has been about 4 years, and I am reasonably satisfied. I also have no side effects. My nose was originally very low, and although it is not dramatic now, it is no longer at a level that bothers me or feels like a complex, so I like it.
