About 5 years ago, I had a no-implant rhinoplasty (I understand it involved septal extension and hump reduction?). I did not realize septal cartilage harvest was this risky. Recently, I have been considering revision/removal because of cartilage visibility at the nasal tip, unevenness of the bridge caused by the hump, shadowing, and an overly sharp nasal tip.
I’m worried that after septal extension, the septum may have weakened and caused problems If anyone has related experience, I would appreciate your advice.
