I’m looking into removal because of silicone visibility along the bridge and discomfort from the fixed columella! It’s been a little over 3 months since my nose surgery. At the hospital that gave me a consultation, they said that removing only the silicone without an open approach is possible now and that it’s not that different from doing it after 6 months, and that for full removal it’s better to wait until after 6 months. I’m under the most stress about the silicone, so I want to remove even just the silicone first. What do you think? The columella also feels abnormal and uncomfortable, so if I want full removal, would it be better to just wait and do it later.. The silicone is so stressful right now that it’s affecting my daily life, so I’m worried.
