Both the doctor and the manager were kind, and they answered my questions well. I’d heard there was a lot of waiting, but when I visited in person I went straight into the consultation without waiting, and when I asked about all sorts of things they answered each one thoroughly. However, they did not actively recommend where or how to change anything, and left all the decisions to me. Since it was a cosmetic procedure, it felt like, “Do it if you want to, if not, that’s fine.” I do not like overtreatment either, but honestly I wanted them to identify the problems with my face together with me and leave the design to them, and it seemed they were not really in a position to do that
