How is a small, wide-set chest after Preserve surgery?

I had been thinking about breast surgery for a long time. The reason I kept hesitating was that the recovery period felt too burdensome. Especially for working people like me, asking for a long leave of absence? That is just too much. But maybe it was this year or last year that a surgery method called Preserve came out? At first, when I saw plastic surgery clinics or brokers promoting it, they were saying things like there is no pain and you can get breast surgery on a half-day off, so I thought that was nonsense and impossible. But after seeing the reviews that were coming up, I gradually got tempted. I started looking for hospitals thinking maybe I should at least get a consultation, and because it was a newly introduced procedure, I only looked for places where the director's skill had been proven. For me, that was my standard. I went to a few places like that, and among them I had surgery at MD, which felt the best to me. I liked the hospital facilities, the aftercare period, post-op management, and everything else. On the day of surgery, I arrived early in the morning, had a brief consultation with the director, then went into the operating room and fell asleep after hearing the anesthesiology doctor say, "Please do not be too tense~ the surgery will go well~" lol When I woke up, I was in the recovery room, and maybe because it was sleep anesthesia, it felt like I had just slept deeply and woken up. At that time, I absentmindedly pushed up on my arms and tried to sit up, then I felt my chest pull and was like, whoa. I went there and back by myself on the day of surgery, but for those who can, I recommend bringing a guardian.. lol There was not really any major difficulty, but once I got home I was completely drained and just sprawled out for a long time... The uncomfortable thing after Preserve surgery was the upper support band and the bandage. That part was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, there was not much discomfort. When I went in for my follow-up, they removed the bandage and upper band and I saw my chest for the first time. Because of the swelling, I was surprised again that my chest looked bigger than I expected.. lol What was interesting, though, was that my original chest was wide-set, and my nipples were also slightly facing outward, but seeing them facing forward was so strange... I rested a total of 4 days including the surgery day (including the weekend). Still, even though people say recovery is fast, I recommend resting for a week. I had no problem commuting to work, but sitting in an office chair for a long time made my back hurt so much Still, it did not interfere with work.
