For the surgery, I dissolved the filler with Hyalaze and had MENS O 275 on the right and 300 on the left inserted, with an inframammary incision lol... I thought I would go with an axillary incision because I just wanted it to be okay as long as I didn't have to raise my arms, but after reading reviews, there were more inframammary cases, and anyway once the breasts settle after surgery, they said it would be covered and not visible. I also couldn't give up wearing tank tops in summer... After talking it over with the doctor, I went with the inframammary incision. + For reference, my stats are 165 cm / 47 kg / AA cup before filler, and about a tight A after filler lol. My ribcage isn't especially wide either! Honestly, before I got filler, what I thought was that implant surgery was too scary and painful to even consider, so filler was appealing because it could be dissolved and I could return to daily life right away without downtime. I was wrong;; I was satisfied for about half a year after the filler, but after that it gradually sagged, and there was no upper fullness left... Since the volume also wasn't as dramatic as implants, I decided that if this was the result, I should just get breast surgery! So I went around for consultations. Looking at the weather now, I think I did well to get it done before it got fully hot. I sweat a lot by nature, and even in this weather, if I go outside my underarm sweat and back sweat are no joke. If I imagine walking around in a compression bra, it would be truly terrible... I went to four consults in total: one in Sinsa, two in Nonhyeon, and one in Gangnam. First of all, at most places I heard that the breasts are not really where filler is usually put (heard that? rather, if you were going to do it, do implants). Luckily, I didn't have any uneven shape, inflammation, or signs of infection, but apparently there can be quite a few side effects, so choose carefully...! The next most common thing I heard was that my breasts were uneven. Well, you can't even compare asymmetry unless the breasts are large enough... The doctors somehow caught asymmetries in detail and pointed them out, even though I had lived with them all my life and didn't notice them;;; I still can't agree with the idea that breast surgery is absolutely Motiva... As the upper fullness came down, it became sufficiently natural, and the feel softened a lot, so I'm even more excited for what comes next. That said, as the rumors said, I lived through the recovery period feeling like I was going to die. For about a week, it would have been nice to have a caregiver nearby. That's the end of the surgery review.
