Got rid of bulbous tip + hump at ID..

My original nose had both a bulbous tip and a hump, so it was a huge complex for me.. I searched through plastic surgery cafes, Facebook groups, and more, and after narrowing down a few options, I spent a long time doing consultations. I decided to have silicone inserted into the bridge, and for the tip I planned donor rib cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage!! After the surgery, I didn't really have much pain, but until the nose packing came out, breathing was definitely a bit uncomfortable. I still feel a bit of pulling at the tip when I smile or stretch my philtrum, but it's at a level that doesn't interfere with daily life at all! Since I can see the swelling going down, these days I'm going on endless walks whenever I have time to help reduce it. People say swelling can take up to six months after nose surgery, and if I'm this satisfied already, I wonder how much prettier it'll be once the remaining swelling is completely gone.....🖤 For anyone worrying about a bulbous tip or hump, honestly hesitation only delays the surgery time..
