Two years ago, after nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa-dong, I suffered a lot from various side effects such as a crooked nose, deviated septum, sinusitis, and nasal congestion. I looked into many places for revision surgery, and I consulted with various doctors, including plastic surgery, ENT, and rhinoplasty specialists, but they all seemed like quacks. In the end, I looked into university hospitals. For the record, this is not an advertisement. Why would a top university hospital in the domestic top three, a place everyone knows by name, advertise because it has nothing better to do? They are already overwhelmed with patients even without cosmetic surgery. I had the surgery at a university hospital, and there are rumors that this is the best expert in that field. I had to wait a year and a half for the surgery reservation, and the hospital consultation itself took four months. The surgery was under general anesthesia. For reference, plastic surgery clinics without enough skill would not even dream of general anesthesia. After the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for three days. Here, professors check the patients' progress every morning, and if needed they keep providing care. And if the pain is severe, the nurses provide various treatments such as painkillers and fever reducers. For reference, autologous costal cartilage was used. Now, after surgery, my nose has returned to normal. I do not love the shape that much, but I am very satisfied now. And after the surgery, I still have to keep visiting the hospital. If there is ever a problem with the nose, I can go to the hospital emergency room.
