I got rhinoplasty from Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery! I had long been unhappy with my bulbous nose, dorsal hump, and drooping tip, but I kept putting it off until I finally went through with it. I had surgery using a custom implant with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, along with bulbous-nose correction, osteotomy, tip work, and columella lengthening. From the time I was choosing a hospital, I already liked how the nose looked after surgeries at Between the best, and when I went in for a consultation I was even more pleased because they said they use a custom implant. Because it is a one-doctor clinic, I felt even more reassured, and the director was very calm and spoke in a gentle, measured way. Compared with before, the complexes that really bothered me were improved a lot, so I am completely satisfied! Especially when taking photos, my nose looks much more defined, which I really like T_T
