He explained the surgical method in a way I could understand, and spoke to me with a fatherly feeling, so I felt I could trust him. But I think he is a bit conservative. If you bring in a Photoshop edit of your own nose, he does not just glance at it and finish; he looks at it carefully and gives feedback. He is expensive for a septoplasty-related case. Since he prefers a natural look, he probably would not suit someone who wants a flashy nose. If you go to other places first and then ask everything at the end, I think it would be good to get answers.
